SXBUILDER LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective August 24, 2026 · Servxbit I.T. Solutions
1. Agreement and authority
These Terms govern access to SXBuilder. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are legally able and authorized to bind yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service scope
SXBuilder provides organization and project administration, versioned page and component authoring, client-owned database connection controls, structural preview and validation, subscription management, and related platform services. Features identified in the interface as planned, gated, preview-only, or unavailable are not part of the current production commitment. Live data execution and deployment remain unavailable unless their isolated production controls are explicitly enabled and attested.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and recovery codes, use MFA, maintain authorized users and roles, and notify Servxbit promptly of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your accounts except to the extent caused by Servxbit’s breach of these Terms or applicable law. You may not share credentials or bypass access, quota, security, or tenant-isolation controls.
4. Client-owned databases and content
You retain ownership and operational responsibility for your databases, applications, content, domains, and credentials. You must have authority to connect each data source and must configure least-privilege roles, encrypted transport, backups, retention, and any required row-level or application-level authorization. Do not upload unlawful content or use SXBuilder to access data without authorization. SXBuilder may disable a connection that creates a security, legal, or availability risk.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; probe, overload, or disrupt systems; evade limits; impersonate others; send abusive or deceptive communications; process prohibited data without written approval and suitable safeguards; or reverse engineer security controls except under an authorized testing program.
6. Trials, plans, and payment
New eligible organizations may receive the trial shown during registration. Trial entitlements, duration, plan limits, and renewal terms are server-authoritative. Paid access begins only after verified payment or an authorized administrative activation. Fees, billing cycle, taxes, cancellation terms, and plan changes shown at checkout form part of these Terms. Access may be restricted when a trial expires, payment fails, or a subscription is suspended.
7. Intellectual property
You retain rights in your content and application-specific work. Servxbit and its licensors retain rights in SXBuilder, its platform code, interfaces, documentation, templates, trademarks, and platform improvements. You grant Servxbit a limited right to process your content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and comply with law for the service.
8. Third-party services
Payment, email, database, DNS, hosting, and other integrations may be governed by separate third-party terms. Servxbit is not responsible for a third party’s systems, content, or independent actions, but will use reasonable care in selecting and integrating service providers it controls.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or limit access to protect the platform, enforce these Terms, respond to legal requirements, address non-payment, or prevent harm. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. You may stop using the service or request account closure, subject to payment, retention, backup, and legal obligations.
10. Availability, warranties, and liability
Servxbit will operate the service with reasonable skill and care. Unless a signed order or service-level agreement states otherwise, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and may change during staged development. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any contractual liability cap, service credits, or enterprise SLA must be stated in the applicable signed order and cannot exclude liability that law does not permit to be excluded.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution through [email protected] before pursuing available legal remedies.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect product, security, legal, or commercial changes. Material changes will be communicated through SXBuilder or the verified account email. Continued use after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
